My stay at Riad Zen House was a wonderful introduction to Marrakech, thanks to its attentive staff and cozy atmosphere. Upon arrival, I was greeted with fresh tea and a snack, which made me feel right at home. The location is a bit off the beaten path, making it quieter, but I didn't mind the 15-minute walk to the bustling Medina. However, the check-in process was cumbersome and could be improved.

The only downside was some noise from the street, which isn't uncommon in the Medina area, but it didn't detract much from my overall comfort.
